Regeneration

The Energic Replus battery regenerator gives all lead-acid batteries a second life.

Sulphation affects batteries, causing the battery capacity to decrease after a number of years of use. The battery regenerator removes sulfation by high-frequency electrical pulses, allowing the batteries to largely regain their capacity.

Regenerate traction battery

The battery regenerator at Van Dijk Heftrucks BV has been working continuously for 2 years now. More than 250 traction batteries have now been regenerated. The average results exceed our expectations! The total process takes approximately 40 hours, depending on the condition of the battery. A system is also connected that ensures that we can monitor the voltage per cell. This provides a good picture of the overall condition of the battery. The capacity can be increased by up to 40%(!) after regeneration!
This procedure can significantly extend the operating time.
