Regeneration

The Energic Replus battery regenerator gives all lead-acid batteries a second life.

Sulphation affects batteries, causing the battery capacity to decrease after a number of years of use. The battery regenerator removes sulfation by high-frequency electrical pulses, allowing the batteries to largely regain their capacity.

Regenerate traction battery

The battery regenerator at Provolt has been working continuously for 7 years now. approx. 1000 traction batteries have now been regenerated. The average results exceed our expectations! The total process takes approximately 40 hours, depending on the condition of the battery. A system is also connected that ensures that we can monitor the voltage per cell. This provides a good picture of the overall condition of the battery. The capacity can be increased by up to 40%(!) after regeneration!
